We build our real estate portfolio by identifying both undervalued properties and properties that will add diversification and stability to our existing asset base. Our acquisition team has been assigned to focus primarily on single family housing communities. It is our interest and intent to provide communities with the opportunities of acquiring affordable housing.
We further intent to bring diversification in this segment of the real estate market, and eventually focus on multifamily communities as well as the single market.
